Illustrations for the Peirsman Cranio Sacraal Academie

It’s funny how one thing leads to another. Or maybe that’s always how it goes.

In my search for alternative approaches to healing, I came across craniosacral therapy - a gentle, hands-on method that works with the body’s own intelligence.

A few years later, the therapist I had seen transitioned into the role of director at the Peirsman Cranio Sacral Academy. While developing the academy’s visual identity, she saw something in my work - especially in a few flowing line drawings I had made, just for fun. I showed her the style, and she immediately connected with it.

Together, we developed a series of thirteen illustrations, one for each training module. The images share a unified style: organic, dynamic lines with a sense of movement and space - visualising how energy, intention, and the immune system interact in the body.
